Making it easier to allocate expenses across business units, we to load your employees’ details - cost centre and - business unit name and then allocate them to a vehicle. If they get reassigned to a new vehicle then then their cost-centre details automatically follow them.
Expense History Loaded For You
We load the vehicle expenses into the Fleet Administration Portal for you. Providing information about the date, vendor, type of expense and electronic copies of invoices and receipts.
Easier Auditing
Come audit time all the vehicle expense history, including copies of the tax invoices, can be downloaded from the Fleet Administration Portal.
