The targeted video coaching gets periodically delivered to you via the Mercurien app. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Time Efficient
Your time is precious, so the videos are kept brief - between 60 to 90 seconds. They let you know what behaviour to focus on, why it’s important, and provides practical safety tips.
